Disclaimer
This disclaimer sets out the basis on which information on this website is provided, and the limits of the relationship between Dylan Fuller Psychology and visitors to this website.

Effective date: 6 May 2026
General information only
The content on this website — including pages, articles, written explainers, video resources, FAQs and any other material — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
It is not intended as, and does not constitute:
- Personalised psychological, medical or mental health advice
- A clinical assessment, diagnosis or treatment recommendation
- A substitute for consultation with a qualified health practitioner
You should not act on the information on this website without seeking advice from a qualified health practitioner who can consider your individual circumstances. If you have a clinical concern, speak with your GP or a registered mental health practitioner.
No therapeutic relationship
Viewing this website, reading its content, or submitting an enquiry through the contact form does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or professional relationship between you and Dylan Fuller Psychology.
A therapeutic relationship is established only after an initial appointment has been arranged and clinical intake has been completed.
Limits of email and online enquiry
The enquiry form and email correspondence are intended for general enquiries about the practice, fees, scheduling, and referral pathways. They are not a clinical service and have the following limits:
- Email and the enquiry form are not monitored continuously. Replies are typically sent within one business day, but may take longer.
- Confidential or sensitive clinical information should not be sent by email or through the enquiry form. A brief description of what you would like help with is sufficient at the enquiry stage.
- Responses to enquiries provide general information only and do not constitute clinical advice.
Not for emergencies or crisis support
This website is not monitored for urgent or crisis communication.
If you are in crisis or need immediate help, contact:
- 000 for emergencies
- Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24/7 crisis support)
If you have an established therapeutic relationship with the practice and a between-session crisis arises, follow the safety plan agreed in session and the after-hours pathway provided at intake.
